Parents:



Just a reminder that I still do not have signed medication consents for several students.

Please be aware that without a signed medication consent, your child will not be given any medication.

This will now also include Tums, cough drops, sore throat spray, and Orajel.



In the event that your child needs over-the-counter medication, and we do not have a signed consent, you will be called to give verbal consent.

In the event that we cannot reach you, your child will not be given any medication.



If you need a copy of the consent to fill out, please have your child pick one up at the nurse's office.
