Under the provisions of the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, AR 25-19-101 et seq., I would like to request a copy of any written and e-mail correspondence of board members, yourself, teachers, parents and school staff between May 1 and May 20, 2010. This includes any correspondence between board members through any form, including personal e-mails; e-mails or correspondence between teachers and anyone sent on school computers; correspondence between staff members and or board members, teachers, parents and students from the superintendent down to maintenance employees done on school computers or using school e-mail addresses processed through the school's server; e-mails students may have sent or received on the school's server; any correspondence any of those previously mentioned persons may have received or sent from the school's computers and or server including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Flickr, My Space, Ning, Plaxo, Plurk, Tagged, Vox, Wasabi, Xanga and text messages, notes and related posts in those and or any other social networking form including a local intranet and e-mail or other communication network.
