Board Member Replacement

Dear Membership,


Mr. Steve Ferrar has recently resigned his position on the Pulaski Charter School, Inc. Board of Trustees. When you see him, please thank him for his service to our school and students. He will be missed.

According to the bylaws, “Trustee vacancies that occur more than 3-months from the next annual board meeting may be filled by the Board of Trustees on the affirmative vote of a two-thirds (2/3) majority of Board of Trustees. A trustee appointed to fill a vacancy shall hold office until the next annual meeting when the position will be filled by election.” The next annual meeting will be held in May 2011. Therefore, the Board of Trustees is accepting resumes from any member interested in filling the vacant position until May 2011.
