APCS is selling Block Party t-shirts for $7.00. If you would like to purchase a shirt, please complete the form attached and return with payment. You will receive your shirt within three school days. These shirts are school approved and can be worn on Fridays.

There is a limited amount of shirts available so it is on a first come first serve basis.

Physicals
Maumelle Medical Clinic will be conducting all sports physicals for our students/athletes on Aug. 24 starting at 4:00. Each student will need to get a physical in order to tryout or participate in any extracurricular activity. Proper forms will be given to each student to take home to be filled out and returned.
