Letter from Ms. Ward, High School Principal

Dear Parents and Guardians,


We are off to a great start of a new school year. Listed below are a few items of information that I hope that you will find helpful.

• Students eating breakfast in the Falcon’s nest may arrive at 7:15 a.m. all other students should not arrive on campus before 7:30 a.m.
• Please circle around to the back of building “A” to drop off your high school child in the morning and to pick up in the afternoon.
• High school begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 4:10 p.m. Students not in their classroom by 8:05 a.m. will be counted tardy.
• Students may turn in their cell phone to the office before school. Please place the cell phone in a plastic Ziploc bag with the student’s name marked on it.
• School Uniform Policy is strictly enforced. Please review the APCS Student Handbook for details.
• Students should sign up to visit with the counselor for any schedule changes.
• Athletic physicals will be held on August 24th after school. There is a $25 fee, please make your check payable to Maumelle Medical Clinic.
