Swim Meet Results

Hey everyone;


APCS had the first swim meet at North Little Rock Boys and Girls Club against North Little Rock High School, AR Baptist, Parkview, and Catholic High School. North Little Rock had around 60 swimmers, Parkview 20 swimmers, AR Baptist 18, and Catholic had around 25 swimmers. And APCS only have 7 girls swimmers, and only 1 guy swimmer.

The girl’s side got second place, and guys got 5th place, combined score APCS got 2nd place.
*Dave Sweere is the only man in our team, he did an amazing job last night, he got 2nd place in 200 individual medley, and 1st place in 100 freestyle.
*Charlotte Sweere got first place in 50 free and 100 free, also she anchored 200 free relay and 400 free relay. 200 free relay got second place, we won the 400 free relay, and also she swam butterfly in 200 medley relay which we got also 2nd place.
*Gloria Hyatt finished 2nd right after Charlotte on 100 free, and she got 3rd place in 100 breastroke. Gloria was also in all relays. She did a great job.
*Faith Robinson has been swimming only for a month, and she got 7th place in 50 free. It was her swim meet, and she came out very strong.
*Verena Bornam also has started practicing with the team for a month, and she got 4th place in 50 free, and 7th place in 100 free. I am very proud of her, how much she improved, and done an amazing job.
*Emily Crawford also swam 50 freestyle, and she got 12th place. It was her first swim meet, and she is going to be a lot better in coming up meets.
*Alisha Hyatt anchored our first medley relay; she did a great job bringing our team to second place. She was in top 10 in 100 backstroke, and top 5 in 50 free. She was also was in our last winning event of 400 free relay.
*Samantha Stone did a great job in 100 breastroke, and she was in winning 400 free relay. She did a great job also.
