Swim Meet Results

Boy's Side:
*Dave Sweere won 200 IM and 100 Free ( quilified for state championship).

Girl's Side:
*Charlotte won 100 free(out of 35 swimmers, and got 3rd 50 free(out of 50 swimmers).
*Gloria got 3 in 100 free and, got 2nd in 100 breaststroke.
*Katie Hough got 5th place in 100 backstroke and shaved 9 seconds off her best time, 8th in 50 free.
*Alisha got 9th place in 100 back, and 6th in 50 free.
*Verena got 5th place in 50 free and shaved 3 seconds off her best time, and 11th in 100 free.
*Faith got 12th place in 50 free.

Relays:
We got 3rd place in 200 free relay, 2nd in 200 medley relay(lost to North Little Rock by 10/100th of a second) and we won the last relay which was 400 free (last relay was very important,because Magnolia High School was ahead of us before the relay, if they won they were going to get 2nd place, but our girls came so strong and won it!).

Overall we got 2nd place on girls side, combine score we got 4th place in 6 teams.

I am very proud of them, and please congratulate them if you see them on campus.

Reminder: North Little Rock had approx.60 swimmers, Magnolia had approx.30, Arkansas Baptist had approx. 25, Catholic High had approx. 25, Mt.Saint Mary's had approx. 30, and we had only 6 girls and only 1 boy.
