Academics Plus PTO-Family Bowling Night

The Academics Plus PTO is hosting a Family Bowling Night Wednesday April 20th. This event will conclude our spring pledge fundraiser. We are looking for several volunteers to help. If you are interested in any of the items listed below please send an e-mail to apcspto@gmail.com.


• Volunteers to join the planning committee – next meeting is today, Monday March 28th at 6 pm in the A building

• Volunteers to help with passing out pledge sheets and collecting pledges from classrooms

• Volunteers to help set up and clean up at the event.

• Volunteers to request prize donations from local businesses

• Vendors – We plan to have tables where items can be displayed and sold. This is an ideal set up for people who make items to sell or have a home show type business such as Avon or Pampered Chef. There are a limited amount of tables available and they will be filled on a first come first served basis.

This event will also be our April meeting and we will be accepting nominations for the Vice President, Secretary and Parliamentarian PTO Board Positions. If you are interested in any of these positions please send an e-mail to apcspto@gmail.com.
